If you load a game and it's blank and not seeming to load but you hear video, please do the following steps:

• Install the DirectX 9.0c Redistributable
• Verify your graphics drivers are up to date
• Make sure your antivirus is not actively interfering with your games by preventing files running.

If when you load a game, you get an error message that includes both ANSI and UNICODE, you are looking at a likely locale issue between your computer and what the game can accept.

To resolve this, set your system locale to EN/United States or EN/United Kingdom or make sure that use UTF-8 Globally is turned off.
